چکیده
One of the most common public liver diseases over world is fatty which contain alcoholic and non-alcoholic liver. One-fourth among general population are impact Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) in worldwide.Retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) known as an adipokine, mainly synthesized secreted from form adipose tissues. RBP4 acts a transporter specifically bound to retinol others Visfatin adipocytokine produced visceral fat tissue, skeletal muscles well Vitamin A absorbed, transported retinyl esters then hydrolyzed storage hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) after reesterified with riglycerides. Hepatic binds its carrier transport target Methods: Ninety serum blood samples were collected distributed into three groups: First group (G1) contained (34) patients obese NAFLD. Second (G2) (26) non NAFLD control (G3) (30) patients. Ultrasound was used confirm diagnosis nonalcoholic disease by examining abdomen.

The significance of differences in fatty acid metabolism between obese and non-obese patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is considered to be associated with metabolic syndrome; however, a number of NAFLD patients are not obese. To explore any differences in lipid metabolism between obese and non-obese patients, we determined the expression of fatty acid metabolism-related genes. Expression levels of target genes were quantified by real-time PCR using liver biopsy samples ...
